1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

Modern TV Stand (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates moderntvstand.com (the “Site”), a catalog that helps you discover TV stands and directs you to the retailers and manufacturers that sell them.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

This policy covers only the Site. When you click a View at [Retailer] link, you leave our Site and go to a retailer's or manufacturer's website, which has its own privacy policy that governs anything you do there — including your purchase. We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top and, for material changes, post a prominent notice on the Site or email newsletter subscribers before the change takes effect. We review this policy at least once every 12 months.
