DMCA & Copyright Notice

Last updated: July 11, 2026

Modern TV Stand respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Submitting a Takedown Notice

Your notice must include all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The URL(s) of the material on our Site you claim is infringing, in enough detail for us to locate it.
  4. Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Send notices to our designated agent at hello@moderntvstand.com. Incomplete notices may not be actionable. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a DMCA notice can result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Counter-Notices

If content you posted was removed in response to a notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address. It must include your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, your contact information, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court where you reside (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district where we may be found).

Repeat Infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users we consider to be repeat infringers.

Product Images

Product photos and specifications on the Site are used to identify and describe products available from third-party retailers, and typically originate with those manufacturers or retailers. If you are a rights holder and would like an image removed or credited differently, let us know and we'll handle it promptly.
