The short version: We pick products on merit, describe them honestly, and disclose when we earn a commission. Affiliate relationships never buy placement or a better description.
How We Select Products
Every TV stand in our catalog is chosen by our editorial team based on design quality, build materials, proportions, functional details (cable management, ventilation, weight capacity), retailer reputation, and value at its price point. We consider owner reviews, manufacturer specifications, and — where possible — hands-on evaluation.
Being on the Site is not for sale. Brands cannot pay to be listed, ranked higher, or featured. If a brand doesn't offer an affiliate program, we still list its products when they meet our bar.
How We Write About Products
Product descriptions describe what the piece actually is — its materials, dimensions, style influence, and practical trade-offs. We call out downsides when they matter. We don't use manufacturer marketing copy verbatim, and we don't claim to have tested something we haven't.
AI Assistance
We use AI tools to help with drafting, formatting, and research summarization. Every published description is reviewed and edited by a human editor before it goes live. AI does not make selection or ranking decisions.
Corrections
If we get something wrong — a dimension, a material, a price range — we want to know. Tell us and we'll correct the page and note the change.
Affiliate Relationships
Many of the retailers we link to pay us a commission when you buy through our links. Full details are in our Affiliate Disclosure. Those commissions fund the Site; they do not influence which products we cover or how we describe them.
