Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: July 11, 2026
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information — including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Our Practices
Modern TV Stand does not sell your personal information for money. We also do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not serve third-party display ads on the Site.
Some analytics and affiliate-attribution cookies may qualify as “sharing” under California's broad definitions. If you want to opt out of those, you can do any of the following:
- Decline non-essential cookies in our cookie consent banner (or clear cookies and re-visit to see it again).
- Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser — we honor GPC signals as an opt-out.
- Email hello@moderntvstand.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell/Share” and we'll process your request.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may ask the agent to provide proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly.
No Discrimination
We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a lesser quality of service because you exercised your privacy rights.
